About the Opportunity: Skechers U.S.A. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in [Location]. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by offering product expertise and recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, using your knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection.
  • Continuously maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that floor inventory is well-maintained, merchandised, stocked, and cleaned.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc. at the point of sale, accepting returns professionally and encouraging exchanges or alternatives where possible.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Loves being a part of a team and treats every coworker with respect and positivity.
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Work availability should be open to the store's needs.
  • Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $15.50-$16.44 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
