Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafeteria Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities and functions within one of our 18 associate cafeterias. The successful candidate will assist the Cafeteria Manager in planning and executing departmental strategies, developing hourly associates, and driving improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the efficient operation of the department and ensure premier service to customers.
  • Monitor and execute a cafeteria's annual operating cost plan.
  • Facilitate and execute business area process changes in the cafeteria to ensure smooth transitions.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Ability to be on call 24 hours/7 days a week.
  • Ability to travel with overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Nutritional, or Business Management.
  • Four years of cooking experience in an environment where a variety of products and methods are used.
  • Two years of leadership experience.
  • Culinary or nutritional certification.
