Job Summary

Essel is looking for a skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.

About the Role:

  • Installing solar panels, inverters, and related equipment according to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Conducting site assessments and preparing the job site for installation.
  • Maintaining and repairing existing solar installations as needed.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality installations.
  • Following safety protocols and procedures while on the job site.

Requirements:

  • Solar installation experience or related construction experience.
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and building codes.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Electrical knowledge and basic safety practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation:

Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
