About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. As a Hospitalist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a rapidly growing inpatient environment.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $266,000, plus a metric-based bonus
  • A $25,000 commencement bonus
  • A $25,000 retention bonus in year 2
  • A 7 on/7 off schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance
  • An average of 15 patients and 35 admissions per night, with extensive specialist support
  • The opportunity to work in a 36-bed Med/Surg and 8-bed AAU unit, with newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital facilities
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted medical license
  • Interest in pursuing procedural skills, with training available for intubation, moderate sedation, central lines, and chest tube/thoracentesis
  • ACL required, with training available if needed
