We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Tech with BXMO License to join our team at MD Now. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, and perform EKGs as needed.
- Perform all x-ray/imaging services according to provider orders and update patient charts accordingly.
- Collect patient history and document Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and audit charts as needed.
- Maintain records and logs on activities, including in-house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent to external labs.
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
- Experience using an EHR system is beneficial.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assistants or completion of an approved program (BOTP) is required.
- Radiological Technologist (RT) or Basic X-ray Machine Operator (BMXO / BMO) license is required in the state of residency.
- Current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is preferred.
- Current BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.
