The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Cultivation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you'll be responsible for providing care and support for plant cultivation, adhering to our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sow, pot, thin, weed, water, transplant, and move plants to ensure optimal growth and health.

  • Monitor plants for pests and other issues, taking prompt action to prevent damage and maintain a healthy environment.

  • Manage marijuana plants, providing individualized attention to each plant to ensure optimal growth and health.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards for cleanliness and safety.

  • Track and record data as directed, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Participate in overall facility cleanliness, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Collaborate with the management team and other coworkers to achieve our goals and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Adhere to all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Relevant work experience in a hydroponic vegetable production or bedding plant production facility is desired.

  • Prior nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience preferred.

  • Cannabis experience helpful.

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail required.

  • Ability to work in a safety-aware environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods and work effectively in a team atmosphere.
