We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives while maintaining positive patient relations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Lead and Develop Team Members**: Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives to ensure excellent patient service operations.
  • **Patient Requests and Support**: Focus on patient requests and provide timely support to increase patient satisfaction.
  • **Communication and Confidentiality**: Provide excellent service and concise communication to patients in a professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality of customer accounts and data.
  • **Account Access and Documentation**: Access customer accounts/data quickly and effectively, and document all inquiries as required.
  • **Compliance and Knowledge**: Comply with TeamHealth policies and procedures, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our billing system applications and account operations.
  • **Support and Collaboration**: Provide support to customer service representatives as needed, and perform other duties and assignments as requested.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: 1-2 years' experience in medical billing with an emphasis on extensive client relations preferred.
  • **Skills**: Must demonstrate leadership skills and abilities, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
