You will be responsible for providing eye care services to our members, including eye exams, prescriptions, and other related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality eye care services to our members
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with our members

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
