Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean public/common areas and residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Laundry Services: Wash, dry, and iron resident laundry and community linens, and distribute laundered articles and linens as needed.
  • Utility and Storage Room Maintenance: Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition, and ensure that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly, and report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance-related issues to your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Training and Certification: Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
  • Physical Demands: Able to operate cleaning equipment, work various schedules and shifts as needed, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Health and Safety: Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire
What We Offer

Coterie Senior Living - Hudson Yards offers a competitive salary range of $22.00/hr - $25.30/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience.
