Maternal Care Nurse Specialist - Travel Opportunity in Austin, Texas
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Maternal-Newborn RN to join our team at Meda Health. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care hospital setting and contribute your expertise to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and guidelines.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience: At least two years of experience as a Maternal-Newborn RN.
- Certifications: BLS and NRP certifications (minimum).
Competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
