Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our Aviation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Design Development: Develop and implement creative design solutions that meet the functional requirements of each project.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract administration responsibilities, including coordination with consultants and contractors.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively towards project goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to find solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in commercial design, with a strong background in aviation experience or managing large teams on large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit, technical excellence, and a thorough understanding of how a drawing set comes together.
  • Qualifications: Professional registration, effective organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude.
