Job Title: Security Officer

At Hilton Grand Vacations, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests, owners, and team members. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of security and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the resort to identify potential security risks and hazards
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of security, military, or law enforcement experience
  • Active state of Hawaii Security Guard Card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Proficient in English language to communicate with guests, owners, and team members
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and composure in challenging situations
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
