Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information, and assigning rooms
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest and enter Marriott Rewards information
  • Secure payment and verify/adjust billing
  • Compile and review daily reports and logs
  • Complete cashier and closing reports
  • Supply guests with directions and property information
  • Accommodate guest requests and follow up to ensure requests have been met
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges
  • Balance and drop receipts
  • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift
  • Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
