Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests
  • Generate sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking, facing, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting inventory
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry 25 to 35 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry heavier items
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
