We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Quality Specialist to join our team at SOLitude Lake Management. As a key member of our aquatic services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily schedules to ensure all services are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Plan and execute daily field work, providing detailed notes and service instructions to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Diagnose and treat algae, weeds, and other water quality issues in customer ponds and lakes.
- Service and maintain fountains, aerators, and other related equipment.
- Provide superior quality and service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience working independently in an outdoor environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficient writing and verbal skills.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical exertion.

Base pay range: $24.56/hour. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance and assigned routes.
