We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store in Wickenburg, Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory and sales floor operations, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to:
- Lead the sales floor team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing donations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking area
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement strategies to improve store performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in retail management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
