Cannabis Cultivation Specialist

The Nirvana Center Dispensaries are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cultivation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation operations, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of cannabis cultivation, from seedling to harvest.

• Perform plant and crop maintenance tasks, including cloning, transplanting, feeding, pruning, pest management, harvesting, trimming, and curing.
• Maintain a clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning, and sanitizing all rooms and tools used daily.
• Assist in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, environmental control systems, and seed-to-sale tracking.
• Meet required activity performance counts and master the basic principles of the cultivation's SOPs and sanitation process.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
