Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist

Wood River Health is looking for a skilled Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of around $93,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Quality Improvement & Risk Management will be responsible for managing and overseeing all quality improvement and risk management programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and experience working in a healthcare setting.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure quality and risk management initiatives are integrated
- Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance and risk management
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare, or a related field and at least three years' work experience in a similar role. A minimum of five years' supervisory/management experience is also required.
