Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Southern Belle Vacation Rentals. Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest calls and inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations: Sell, process, and confirm room reservations using effective selling techniques and strategies.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Maintain knowledge of current events, activities, and dining options in Savannah and Tybee Island, and provide guests with accurate information and directions.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist guests with issues and complaints, using empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction, and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Post charges to guest accounts, perform other duties as assigned, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous vacation rental guest service and reservations experience is required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, positive interpersonal skills, and excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Some college preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts, with weekends as needed. The work location is in person.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
