We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Server Support Technician to join our team at Blue Star Partners LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless connectivity across our cloud server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of cloud network and server utilization practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, web, and phone intake channels
  • Provide expert-level technical support for product-related questions, including implementation and troubleshooting
  • Capture data for customer interactions and performed tasks in the CRM system
  • Elevate complex issues to the Technical Services or Technical Consultant teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in an IT-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF files
  • Familiarity with cloud network and server utilization practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Salary: $39.00/hour
