Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team and support our electrophysiology program.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
  • Participate in rounds with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any concerns or questions.
  • Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to nursing practice, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and provide a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
