About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Police Cadet program. As a Police Cadet, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in law enforcement, while working closely with our experienced officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and complete a law enforcement program at a department-authorized institution to meet the academic objectives required to take the Minnesota P.O.S.T. licensing examination.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in law enforcement.
  • Work closely with experienced officers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in law enforcement.
  • Meet the physical and mental demands of the job, including standing, walking, and running for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and medical examination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
