About the RoleAs a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, helping them develop social skills, communication skills, and manage repetitive or restrictive behaviors. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior change plans and document child progress.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior change plans and document child progress
- Work collaboratively with BCBA's to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
