Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care and support to clients with Parkinson's Disease in the West Houston area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Transportation: Safely drive clients to medical appointments and activities, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • Personal Care Assistance: Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Companionship and Engagement: Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to stimulate physical and mental activity for clients.
  • Medication Reminders: Provide timely medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Observe changes in the client's physical or emotional condition and report concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Household Support: Light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Current CNA license in Texas.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience, with specific experience in caring for clients with Parkinson's Disease.
  • Driving Requirement: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • Shifts: Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
