About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Clinic Setting Nurse. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Lead a team of support technicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
