Satellite Campus Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Satellite Campus Manager to join our team at the State of Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the comprehensive operations of our satellite campuses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of satellite campus staff, including student workers and contractors, to ensure effective delivery of programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain campus reports to deliver to partners, highlighting updates, initiatives, and opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Facilitate the recruitment, approval, and assignment of faculty course schedules by location, working with department chairs and deans.
  • Maintain and support all requirements for MOU and facilities use agreements per location, ensuring timely updates and coordination of requisitions and rent payments.
  • Provide student enrollment support services at each satellite location, including admissions, enrollment, transfer, advising, and graduation.
  • Develop partnerships with co-located campuses and main campus partners to streamline student support services, including TRIO, tutoring, counseling, and student health.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing efforts with partners at each location and the Extended Studies marketing specialist to develop a marketing strategy for each location.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in writing.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in higher education.
  • Experience or commitment to working in a diverse workplace and serving a diverse population.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regional accreditation and higher education regulatory practices.
  • Experience coordinating or leading an academic program.
  • Demonstrated work experience in admissions, student advising, and/or financial aid.

About the Position:

This is a full-time administrative professional position that requires frequent travel to each satellite location. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other Extended Studies programs to ensure new growth opportunities are sought to ensure student success.
