Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hyundai Flat Rate Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations
  • Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise and vibration concerns
  • Repair vehicles based on diagnosed issues and repair estimates
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure customer complaints have been resolved
  • Determine additional work needed after test drives
  • File accurate documentation on each repair
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer information and training
  • Return vehicles to the correct location, ensuring they are locked and cleaned
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience as a service technician
  • Certain manufacturer certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
