The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, high school education or equivalent, and excellent oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily appointment schedules, generating repair orders, and dispatching jobs to technicians.

The successful candidate will also be able to calculate customer payments, answer incoming calls, and make outgoing calls to update customers on their vehicle's status.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage relationships across all channels and levels.

  1. Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment.
  2. Generate repair orders for customers.
  3. Dispatch the job to the proper technician.
  4. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
  5. Calculate customer's payment.
  6. Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs.
  7. Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in cashier/credit card systems preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility with schedule to work nights and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Must be able to manage relationships across all channels and levels.
