Housekeeping Operations Supervisor

Full Time

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Supervisor who is committed to delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests. This role is essential in managing room assignments for Room Attendants and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the Housekeeping Department. As a key point of contact for guests, the Housekeeping Operations Supervisor significantly influences guest perceptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison within the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assign rooms to Room Attendants, coordinate requests for Housemen and Runners, and facilitate the daily operations of the Housekeeping team.
  • Document all incoming calls in a log, detailing actions taken, responsible parties, and the source of the call, prioritizing guest requests.
  • Redirect calls to various departments as necessary.
  • Utilize the paging system to communicate with staff members, typically House Attendants or Supervisors.
  • Maintain organization within the Housekeeping office, ensuring files are current, and performing administrative tasks such as photocopying and word processing.
  • Conduct key inventory checks to ensure all section and master keys are accounted for, reporting any discrepancies to the senior Housekeeping Manager and Security immediately.
  • Generate in-house guest lists, rollaway/crib reports, and check-out lists from the Property Management System.
  • Allocate sections to House Attendants and Supervisors.
  • Distribute pagers and keys as needed.
  • Compile discrepancy reports.
  • Monitor the release of rooms.
  • Track all guest-requested items.
  • Maintain a log of lost and found items.
  • Record all engineering issues in a log/database.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is required, with prior experience in Opera being highly preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to fulfill all primary responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Candidates should possess outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States is required for successful candidates.
