Job Summary:

RoviSys is seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process automation and control projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating technical engineering activities, managing project schedules, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, providing regular project updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce quality plans and monitor projects for quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Business Development: Identify repeat business opportunities and participate in divisional forecasting and budgeting for future fiscal years.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Automation Engineering and 1-2+ years Project Management Experience in the Industrial Automation field.
  • Excellent communications, planning, organization, leadership, and motivation skills.
  • Ability to balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Broad background including automation and information solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relatable field.
