Speech Therapy Assistant Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a school district near Hazel Dell, WA. As a key member of the therapy team, you will assist the SLP in providing direct and indirect therapy services to an assigned caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the SLP in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with the SLP to assess student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless therapy services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Speech Language Pathology, preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
