We are seeking Direct Support Professionals for various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, throughout Northwest Indiana.

No prior experience is required to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by:

  • Mentoring them to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
  • Ensuring their integration, inclusion, and participation in the community through transportation to community events and everyday activities.
  • Teaching and assisting with independent living skills, such as meal planning, healthy eating, grocery shopping, hygiene, financial management, cleaning, medication management, and more.

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance coverage, and an acceptable driving record.
