Caregiving Mentor

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our mission-driven team in Northwest Indiana. This rewarding role involves mentoring individuals to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

• Mentor individuals to develop independent living skills, including meal planning, healthy eating, grocery shopping, hygiene, financial management, cleaning, medication management, and more.
• Transport individuals to community events and everyday activities in Northwest Indiana, ensuring integration, inclusion, and participation.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record.
• Possess a passion for mentoring others and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• A competitive hourly wage of $15-$17 per hour.
