At FactoryFix, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of quality systems to meet customer requirements and maintain a zero-defect culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department, providing clear direction to functional subordinates to ensure the location meets internal and external quality objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to promote a solid understanding of quality systems and quality-related tools.
  • Direct the completion of corrective/preventative action processes to ensure effective documentation and systematic processes are implemented.
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, ensuring it is current and up-to-date.
  • Provide support to other management staff members to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and direct, plan, and implement systems to ensure customer quality requirements are met and/or surpassed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, such as CQE or CQM, and a minimum of 8 years' quality management-related experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Quality Standards.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Working Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

You should be proficient in Injection Molding Experience and familiar with machines and technologies such as Injection Molding Machine.
