Drive for Epic Mountain Express and enjoy a rewarding role as an airport shuttle driver in the stunning Rocky Mountains. Our drivers are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, with the potential to earn significantly more based on service excellence.

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: Currently Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $20 / hour + additional earning potential
    • $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips.
    • $20/hour minimum earnings, with opportunities to earn significantly more for exceptional service (potentially $30+/hour).
    • Overtime pay.

Position Summary:

For over four decades, Epic Mountain Express has set the benchmark in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to Colorado's resort areas. No CDL is required to operate our vehicles.

As an Epic Mountain Express Shuttle Driver, you play a vital role in guests' vacations, ensuring a seamless transition from air travel to resort arrival while prioritizing safety and delivering outstanding customer service. Enjoy various schedules, stunning views of snow-capped peaks, and access to Colorado's premier outdoor activities. As part of the Vail Resorts family, we offer excellent benefits and perks within a friendly, local team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch or management requests for pickups or drop-offs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with guests' luggage.
  • Maintain your shuttle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, and cleaning at the end of your shift.
  • Accurately document and submit all required information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • No CDL required. Epic Mountain Express provides comprehensive training, including 60 hours of on-road and classroom instruction.
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards.
  • Pass a satisfactory background check.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
  • Ability to comprehend all company and regulatory agency forms.
  • Successfully complete a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL).
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening as required by federal regulations.
  • Must be at least 21 years old by the start date of the position.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
