Drive for Epic Mountain Express and enjoy the best job for airport shuttle drivers in the Rocky Mountains Our drivers are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, and earn much more for great service. 

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Housing: Currently Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $20 / hour + additional earning potential
    • $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips 
    • $20/hour minimum earnings, plus opportunities to earn much more for great service ($30+/hour)
    • Overtime pay 
  • Shift Availability: Choose your own schedule Whether you prefer to work days, nights, weekends, weekdays, part-time or full-time, we’ll make it happen.  

 

Job Summary:

For over 40 years, Epic Mountain Express, formerly Colorado Mountain Express, has set the standard in ground transportation, offering a variety of services and flexible options for guests traveling to Colorado’s resort areas. Epic Mountain Express does not require a CDL in order to operate its vehicles. 

  

As an Epic Mountain Express Shuttle Driver, you become part of guests’ vacation from air to chair, and create an Experience of a Lifetime by focusing on safety and industry-leading guest service. We offer a variety of schedules, amazing views of snowy mountain peaks, and access to Colorado's best outdoor activities.  As part of the Vail Resorts family, we offer great benefits and perks, with a fun, local team environment.   

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for pickups or drop-offs 
  • Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage 
  • Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift 
  • Accurately record and submit all required information 
  • Other duties as assigned

  

Job Requirements: 

  • No CDL required Epic Mountain Express/ CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training 
  • Have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards 
  • Have a Satisfactory background check 
  • Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language 
  • Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms 
  • Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination. 
  • Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. 
  • Get a CO driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL) 
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen: (required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) 
  • Must be 21 or older by the position start date

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
