Clinical Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this Registered Nurse position at CENTER FOR SYNERGY AND INDEPENDENCE will have a proven track record of leadership and coordination in in-home care settings.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and coordinate care services for clients, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Develop and implement competency-based training programs for direct care staff, focusing on best practices and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address client concerns, incidents, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with regional center, DDS, and community care licensing agencies to maintain regulatory standards and optimize care delivery
Requirements and Compensation:
- Current RN licensure in California, with minimum 1 year of acute care experience and 2 years of IHCP experience required
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 per annum, dependent on experience
