Our Sustainable Research Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sustainable Research team as an intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable investing, working closely with our investment teams and collaborating with various professionals throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct company-level research using our proprietary sustainable research platform to identify and assess material sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to stewardship campaigns focused on key material sustainability-related topics such as water scarcity and human capital management.
  • Analyze corporate governance matters at both individual company and macro industry levels.
  • Gather data and develop reports using Tableau or other data visualization tools to generate insights to supplement our sustainability assessments.
  • Conduct research related to our key sustainability themes (Health Care, Climate, Empowerment, Sustainable Living and Technological Advancement).
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to proxy voting and stewardship.
  • Participate in engagements conducted with investee companies on sustainability-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Current rising Junior or Senior Undergraduate student, currently enrolled full-time in Economics, Finance, Business, Investment Management, or equivalent subject matter.
  • Passion for understanding and analyzing the impact of ESG/sustainability factors on companies.
