Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $16.80, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. This includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays, as well as participation in a 403(b) plan and voluntary benefits such as short-term disability insurance and life insurance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide cleaning, floor care, moving, and project services as directed by supervisor.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions, equipment, and tools.
  • Interact cheerfully and supportively with staff, patients, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean, orderly, and good operating condition.
  • Respond rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies, special needs, spills, etc.
  • Take initiative in rendering service or responding to needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Education and Training
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
