- Draft various motions, oppositions, and replies, demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills.
- Draft pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists, showcasing expertise in legal document preparation.
- Manage calendaring and noticing depositions and other hearings, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
- Set up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys, streamlining the court appearance process.
- Organize documents for filing, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Draft correspondence, providing clear and concise communication with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of Personal Injury law in both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, with a strong track record of supporting attorneys in complex cases.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision in document preparation and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
