Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. You will support a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate genuine conversations to engage with customers in a personalized way, making every customer feel welcome, heard, and valued.
- Support a seamless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
