Commercial Lines Insurance Manager

Job Summary:
As a Commercial Lines Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with business clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
Conduct regular meetings and consultations to review clients' insurance needs.
Analyze clients' businesses and risk exposures to determine appropriate insurance coverage.
Recommend policy options and coverage enhancements to address specific client needs.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of policy changes and client interactions.
Collaborate with underwriters and support staff to resolve client issues and concerns.
Assist clients in filing insurance claims and guide them through the claims process.
Liaise between clients and the claims department to expedite claim resolution.
Advocate for clients to ensure fair and prompt claims settlements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or insurance).
Appropriate insurance licenses and certifications as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in commercial insurance, preferably as an account manager.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in insurance software and tools.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
