  • Qualifications:
  • Maintains a positive demeanor and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in retail or service-oriented roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Essential Duties:
  • Operates office equipment and technology (e.g., cash registers, computers, phones, scanners).
  • Ability to stand for scheduled shifts of up to 8 hours.
  • Moves around the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and maintain store organization.
  • Lifts and carries items, with the ability to maneuver and/or lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Pushes/pulls full racks of merchandise for restocking purposes.
  • Reaches, stretches, bends, stoops, and crouches to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Occasionally performs manual labor to assemble displays and/or rearrange store layout.
  • Possesses the vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and perform tasks requiring attention to detail.
  • Utilizes fine motor skills to sort and organize clothing, such as placing items on hangers and folding them in an orderly manner.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $11.00 (or minimum wage) - $15.00 per hour.
