Job Summary

The Retail Associate is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers.
  • Assist customers with merchandise, answering questions and providing product information in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and refund transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandise products according to company standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a high level of visual appeal.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including expediting new receipts to the sales floor.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management, providing clear and concise information.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information and customer data with care.
