Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team. This role involves administering therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, including arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports, for patients with respiratory disorders in adult and neonatal critical care units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and commitment to the CQI process.
  • Administer medical gases, humidifiers, and aerosols for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes according to advanced skills check-off for RCP II.
  • Take and follow verbal treatment orders from physicians in administering drugs and medications to the cardiopulmonary system of patients.
  • Evaluate treatment program results and take appropriate action.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree preferred in Respiratory Care.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience with 6 months of critical care experience.
  • CRT or RRT required. Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • BCLS and one of the following: ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPFT, RPFT, RPSGT, Asthma Certified Educator, NRP Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, or CPR Instructor.
Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you can expect an estimated annual salary of $83,500 - $107,000, based on location and qualifications.
