Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level financial analysis and reporting to support executive leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analytics consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 8 years in a healthcare finance setting.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and evaluate complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
