Position Overview:

Are you the right fit? We seek candidates who can:
  • Assess and optimize current systems and workflows, pinpointing both value-added and non-value-added activities to address design challenges.
  • Apply mathematical, scientific, and engineering principles to enhance operational processes.
  • Identify and implement strategies to minimize waste and inefficiencies in production.
  • Conduct research and evaluate design concepts for feasibility, employing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to support innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design effective manufacturing solutions to streamline processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Perform structural and thermal evaluations of components and assemblies, including prototype development and performance assessment.
  • Maintain essential manufacturing documentation, such as process flow diagrams, capacity studies, time and motion analyses, standard operating procedures, and cycle time evaluations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather insights and guidance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Practical experience in prototype development.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, workflow time studies, and process optimization.
