The Guthrie Clinic is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and update treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care, including progress made and interventions provided
- Provide patient and family education on tasks and resources for continued functional independence
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
- Graduate of an accredited four-year Bachelors' degree program (or foreign equivalent)
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience in working with patients to assist in rehabilitation of disabled or injured individuals throughout their lifespan
