Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
  • Proven track record of successfully completing luxury homes valued between $5 million and $15 million
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • At least one completed luxury residential project over 6,000 sq ft, managed from start to finish
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-end single-family home projects simultaneously
