Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum.
- Log and track hours and sessions using Challenger software.
- Develop and implement engaging session plans, utilizing Challenger's online platform.
- Communicate effectively with parents and players through our registration programs.
- Adapt to scheduling changes due to inclement weather.
Competitive hourly rate of $20-$35, based on qualifications and experience.
Location and ScheduleField sessions will be conducted within a 1-hour radius of your home, with evening sessions Monday to Friday and weekend sessions during the day.
Requirements- Comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Pass a rigorous background check.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Hold valid work authorization to work in the USA.
